200 g noodles
Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
Salt, to taste

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salty water.
Two minutes before they are cooked, drain and season the tagliatelle with the porcini mushroom sauce.
Mix well and, with the help of a ladle and fork, create a nest using some of the tagliatelle.
Arrange the nest on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, inside a metal pastry cutter.
Making 4 nests in total. If you like, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and then bake for 10 minutes at 200 °C and a further 5 minutes under the oven grill.
Remove from the oven, place a nest on each plate and serve immediately.
