Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into cubes
2. Add the sliced Baby Onions with PGI Modena Balsamic Vinegar
3. Mix well.
4. Quickly stir fry until brown.
5. Add a sprinkle of parsley and some of Extra virgin olive oil
