Chicken kebabs with hot chilli pepper sauce

100 g breadcrumbs

50 g flour

1,200 kg chicken breast

Melted cheese

Fresh rosemary

Method

Serves 6
Dice the chicken into 3 cm cubes. Roll in flour and then in the “Salsa di Fuoco” (Hot Chilli Pepper sauce) mixed with the melted cheese. Prepare the skewers, roll them in grated bread and sprinkle with sprigs of fresh rosemary. Cook on a hot grille.
