Hamburger with red radicchio sauce and Pecorino cheese flakes

Hamburger with red radicchio sauce and Pecorino cheese flakes

4 buns

4 burgers

Pecorino cheese flakes, to taste

4 lettuce leaves

Salt, to taste

Method

Serves 4
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and set them aside.
Halve the buns and heat them in a frying pan with the cut side down.
Meanwhile, cook the burgers. Season with salt.
When all the ingredients are ready, make up the hamburgers: Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the buns and cover with the burgers, a tablespoon of radicchio sauce and finally some Pecorino cheese flakes.
Close the buns and serve.
