16-20 thin slices of beef
200 g cooked ham
150 g Scamorza cheese
1 garlic clove
1 glass white wine
3-4 spoons extra-virgin olive oil
Parsley, to taste
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Per 4 persone
Slice the smoked cheese into sticks.
Open the slices of meat onto a chopping board, then arrange a slice of cooked ham and a piece of smoked cheese on top.
Fold the sides over the filling and then roll the meat along the longest side.
Continue until you have used up all the ingredients.
Brown a clove of garlic in a pan with oil. Add the meat rolls and brown quickly on all sides, then pour over the white wine and leave to evaporate. Season with salt.
Add the artichokes, whole or halved, cover with a lid and finish cooking over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Season with ground black pepper and chopped parsley before serving.
