Baked feta cheese and baby onions with PGI Modena balsamic vinegar

Baked feta cheese and baby onions with PGI Modena balsamic vinegar

Other ingredients

400 g feta cheese

A drizzle extra-virgin olive oil

Black pepper, to taste

Method

Serves 4
Prepare two sheets of parchment paper measuring about 30 cm in length.
Arrange a 200 g block of feta cheese on each. Arrange 4-6 onions on each and add a drizzle of oil and some freshly ground black pepper.
Close the sheet of parchment paper around the feta in order to create a papillote.
Place on a baking tray and cook at 210 °C for 20 minutes.
Once ready, open the papillote and serve immediately.
