90 g Ceci lessati - Boiled Chickpeas
to taste Preparazione di Spezie Grill Gaucho (Grill Gaucho Spice Mix)
to taste Pepe colorato macinato grosso (Pepper coloured coarse)
to taste Paprica affumicata (Smoked paprika)
190 g Maionese vegana (Vegan mayonnaise) - K60X
270 g Cos lettuce
300 g Tofu
to taste Peanut seed oil
to taste Vegan cheese flakes
Serves 4
Mix the chickpea hummus and vegan mayonnaise until smooth. Flavour the tofu with some smoked paprika and slice. Grill the sliced tofu on both sides. Clean and wash the lettuce, then add the sauce. Arrange the seasoned salad on a dish. Add some boiled chickpeas, fried in peanut seed oil and flavoured with the Grill Gaucho Spice Mix and some vegan cheese flakes. Add the grilled tofu and sprinkle with some coloured pepper.
