Cod with spicy tomato sauce

600 g cod steaks

Extra virgin olive oil, to taste

Method

Serves 4
Drizzle some oil in a frying pan, add the cod steaks and brown on both sides.
Add the spicy tomato sauce and cook for about 10 minutes.
Season at will with fresh parsley before serving.
