1 Piedmontese “Fassona” hamburger
1 lettuce leaf
50 g. Gorgonzola
100 g boiled potatoes
50 g yellow cherry tomatoes
Spread the bread with some homemade mayonnaise mixed with the parsley sauce, then arrange a lettuce leaf, the sliced potatoes (previously sautéed in the frying pan), the hamburger, the Gorgonzola and the yellow cherry tomatoes.
