Meatball skewers with hot chilli pepper sauce

Meatball skewers with hot chilli pepper sauce

Other Ingredients

300 g minced beef and pork 

400 g stale bread

80 g Pecorino cheese

1 egg

Parsley to taste

1 garlic clove

Salt and pepper 

Oil for frying 

Method

Serves 4
Soak the stale bread and let it soften.
Meanwhile, chop the garlic and parsley.
In a terrine, mix the meat with the egg, Pecorino cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
Take the stale bread, remove the crust and squeeze out the water, then add it to the other ingredients.Knead with your hands until you get an even dough.
Take a large knob of dough and shape into a cylindrical meatball. Continue until the dough is finished.
Put the meatballs on wet skewers and cook on a hot griddle pan.
Once cooked, serve the skewers with the hot chilli pepper sauce.
