Baked Toma cheese with herbs and pear and ginger sauce

Other ingredients

200/300 g Toma cheese

Herbs to taste

Extra-virgin olive oil to taste

Method

Serves 4
Place the Toma cheese in a terrine.
Add some chopped herbs and a drizzle of oil and bake in a hot oven at 200° C for 15 minutes.
Then, remove from the oven, add the pear and ginger sauce and serve immediately.
