Sugo del Pescatore

200 g n.w. glass jar

Seafood sauce ideal for risottos, spaghetti and taglioline pasta. Can also be used to add to soup or as a topping on pizzas.

Gluten-free product

Tomato pulp, seafood (Atlantic squid, cuttlefish, mussels, Pacific clams) (33%), tomato concentrate, onion, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, corn starch, salt, spices.
Recommended recipe

(for 4 people): 350 g rice 10 g fish stock 1 jar of Sugo del Pescatore half an onion, chopped a knob of butter 100 ml white wine.


Dissolve the fish stock cube in 700 g of water. Wilt the onion in a drop of oil, add the Pescatore sauce and then the rice; add a spash of wine and let it evaporate, cook by adding a bit of the stock at a time. When the risotto is cooked, add some butter.
