Sugo del Pescatore
200 g n.w. glass jar
Seafood sauce ideal for risottos, spaghetti and taglioline pasta. Can also be used to add to soup or as a topping on pizzas.

Sugo del Pescatore
stock
salt
pepper
parsley
small slices of stale bread fried in a saucepan with a few spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
Dilute the Sugo del Pescatore with some stock.
Add salt and pepper.
Line each bowl with the stale bread.
Cover with the fish broth.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
