Special sauces

Sugo alla Zingara

200 g n.w. glass jar

Sauce for pasta dishes, quite tasty and a bit different, excellent for fusilli and spaghetti.

Can be used for bruschettas, as a sauce for cutlets or chicken breasts "alla pizzaiola".

You could add some chopped mozzarella to the meat and heat in a pan with a lid.

Can also be used to make special, tasty mini pizzas.

Tomato pulp, tomato concentrate, olive (13%), mixed vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), olive oil, capers, salt, anchovy paste, sugar, aromatic herbs, spices, acidifier: lactic acid, additive: ferrous gluconate (residual).
Recommended recipe

4 hamburgers (or other slices of meat)

1 jar of Sugo alla Zingara

3 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil




Cook with some oil or grill the hamburgers.

Pour the Sugo alla Zingara into a frying pan with the oil.

Add the hamburgers, lower the heat and cook for a few minutes.
