Sugo all'Amatriciana

200 g n.w. glass jar

Sauce with a base of onion and smoked bacon.

Excellent sauce for spaghetti, bigoli and bucatini (long pasta in general).

Boil and if necessary add a ladle of stock and a generous sprinkling of grated pecorino cheese.

Gluten-free product

Tomato pulp, smoked and unsmoked bacon (26%), tomato concentrate, olive oil, aromatic herbs, salt, spices.
Recommended recipe

(for 4 people): 300 g bigoli 1 jar of Sugo all'Amatriciana small ladle of stock 50 g grated pecorino cheese.


Heat up the sauce well and let it boil for around 2 minutes. Dilute with some stock, add the cooked pasta and the pecorino cheese; toss together in the pan and serve.
