Fish sauces

Tuna Sauce

200 g n.w. glass jar

Excellent sauce for pasta dishes using long or short semolina pasta. It can be enriched by heating anchovy fillets in some oil, or by mixing with some breadcrumbs or rice to stuff hollowed out cherry tomatoes. They can then be served either cold or hot by putting them in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped parsley.

Gluten-free product

Tomato pulp, tuna in olive oil (17%), olive oil (4%), onion, tomato concentrate, anchovy paste, capers, rice starch, acidifier: lactic acid, salt, aromatic herbs, spices.
Recommended recipe

(for 4 people): 350 g fusilli 1 jar of Tuna Sauce chopped parsley.


Cook the fusilli, boil the tuna sauce for around 30 seconds, add a small ladle of cooking water. Drain the paste, toss it in the frying pan with the tuna ready sauce and the chopped parsley.
