Wild Hare Sauce

200 g n.w. glass jar

Meat sauce made with top quality, coarsely minced meat. Left to marinate and then cooked like classic meat sauce with no tomato. We can add sautéed field mushrooms. The Wild Hare Sauce is excellent for pasta dishes, filling vol-au-vents, accompanying polenta and crostini.

Gluten-free product

Wild hare (43%), water, cooking cream, carrot, onion, celery, pancetta, ""Barolo"" wine, sunflower seed oil, corn starch, salt, white wine, aromatic herbs, red wine, wine vinegar, spices.
Recommended recipe

(for 4 people): 8 vol-au-vents 100 ml Barolo wine 150 g Wild Hare Sauce.


Heat up the sauce for around 2 minutes over a high heat, add a slug of Barolo wine and let it evaporate, add a small ladle of stock, fill the vol-au-vents and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 170°C. Serve as a starter.
