Pheasant Sauce

200 g n.w. glass jar

Meat sauce prepared with top quality meat. Once heated, we can add cooking cream or tomato sauce. Excellent for egg pasta, but also for unusual shapes of semolina pasta. We can also use it for terrines, crostoni, paté, polenta, etc.

Pheasant (34%), bacon, onion, mixed vegetables (carrot, celery, fennel), sunflower seed oil, water, cooking cream, white wine, butter, salt, type "0" soft wheat flour, marsala, aromatic herbs, brandy, spices.
Recommended recipe

(for 4 people): 350 g caserecci 1 jar of Pheasant Sauce 100 ml cream chopped parsley grated grana cheese.


Boil the pheasant sauce over a high heat for 2 minutes, add some cream, the cooked pasta, a small ladle of cooking water and toss together in the pan until the sauce is nice and dense. Just before serving, add some grated grana cheese and chopped parsley.
