Roe Venison Sauce

200 g n.w. glass jar

The roe Venison Sauce is made from a classic recipe where the choicest meat (leg and shoulder) is roughly minced (as if by hand). Ideal product for long and short egg pasta, crostoni, tarts and polenta.

Gluten-free product

Roe venison (49%), mixed vegetables (carrot, celery, onion), cooking cream, white wine, sunflower seed oil, corn starch, "Barolo" wine, salt, bacon, skimmed milk powder, sugar, aromatic herbs, spices.
Recommended recipe

(for 4 people): 300 g garganelli - 1 jar of Roe Venison Sauce small ladle of stock slug of Barolo wine grated cheese.


Heat the roe venison sauce over a high heat for 2 minutes, add a slug of Barolo wine, let it evaporate, add some stock, add the cooked pasta, toss together, sprinkle over a dash of grated cheese and serve.
