Duck Sauce

200 g n.w. glass jar

Traditional recipe, with top quality meat (leg and breast fillets). Minced as if by hand, excellent as a sauce for long pasta, especially egg pasta, polenta, tarts and crostoni. Duck Sauce is excellent if heated up with truffle-flavour cream.

Gluten-free product

Duck (49%), sunflower seed oil, carrot, bacon, Barolo wine, celery, onion, ham, corn starch, aromatic herbs, salt, spices.
Recommended recipe

(for 4 antipasti): 12 rounds of 1 cm high polenta 100 ml stock a jar of Duck Sauce braised in Barolo for sauces.


Heat the duck sauce with the stock. When it is dense, spoon the sauce onto the polenta rounds arranged on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 160°C and serve hot. Excellent for starting off a dinner with a wild game theme.
