Bolognese Sauce

200 g n.w. glass jar

Typical italian meat sauce, Bolognese Sauce Cucina Antica, is the best home-made style ragouts.

Classic condiments for pasta, in particular macaroni, tagliatelle, lasagne.

Gluten-free product

Tomato pulp, beef (23%), pork (20%), tomato paste, vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), bacon, extra virgin olive oil, salt, rice starch, spices.
Recommended recipe

(for 6 people)
400 g strips of egg pasta
1 jar of Bolognese Sauce
300 g bechamel
grated cheese.



Cook the pasta strips, cool them in water and dry them on a tea towel. In a buttered dish, arrange the pasta, meat sauce and bechamel in layers until 5-6 layers have been obtained (the top layer with ragout and grated cheese).

Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 170°.

Before serving, allow to settle for 10 minutes.
