Porcini mushrooms alla contadina


1 jar of Porcini Mushroom Antipasto

1 jar of Baby Onions in Balsamic Vinegar

1 jar of Pomodorina

2 spoonfuls of chopped onion

1 crushed clove of garlic

1 bunch of basil and marjoram





Place the some of the oil from the porcini mushrooms in a saucepan.

Fry the onion and garlic lightly in it.

Pour over 3 spoonfuls of Pomodorina, half of the baby onion sauce with balsamic vinegar and the small bunch of basil and marjoram tied together.

Carry on cooking for 10 minutes.

Add the baby onions and mushrooms.

Flavour and serve in a vegetable dish.
