Stuffed peppers

Ingredients:

(for 4 people): 2 peppers 450 g rice 1 jar of Mediterranean Pepper Sauce 50 g béchamel sauce 50 g grated cheese.


Preparation:

Wash the peppers thoroughly and cut them in half; cook the rice and add the pepper sauce, béchamel sauce and grated cheese. Stuff the peppers and put them in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 150°C.
