Product processed at the height of the season to get the best of the peppers' taste and sweetness. For use as a side dish or, if blended, as a sauce for pasta dishes. We can also use it mixed with pasta, yeast and bread to make a pepper focaccia.

Gluten-free product

Ingredients:
Peppers (68%), onion, sunflower seed oil, sugar, wine vinegar, tomato concentrate, salt, type "0" soft wheat flour, dehydrated potato flakes, acidifier: citric acid.

Speciality Stewed Peppers

fresh onion

extra virgin olive oil

fresh basil

fresh parsley

 

 

Preparation:

Cut the onions into rounds and cook them in extra virgin olive oil without browning them.

Then pour over the Speciality Stewed Peppers with some fresh basil leaves and allow to flavour for a few minutes.

Serve as a hot side dish garnished with fresh parsley.
