Gnocchetti with salmon


(for 4 people): 600 g potato gnocchi 250 g Salmon Sauce 50 g cream a sprig of parsley, chopped


Cook the gnocchi in lots of salted water and at the same time heat up the salmon sauce diluted with the cream; drain the gnocchi, pour over the sauce and toss together. Add chopped parsley and serve.
